We are happy to provide a refund or exchange if you are not happy with your order as long as the items are returned to us within 14 days of the date of receipt. We do not accept returns on fabric remnants and yardage or on custom orders.

Returned items must be in their original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original Henry Road sales receipt. Refunds (excluding shipping and handling) will be processed and credited to the same account to which your purchase was originally billed.

Please contact us at customerservice@henryroad.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods if there is a mistake in the order or goods are damaged and we will work with you to address the problem. If needed, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

Returns must be shipped using a delivery service that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of receipt. Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping is prepaid.
